Dr. Pecora
Meet Dr. Andrew Pecora, Medical Director of AFC Urgent Care of South Jersey.
Dr. Pecora is board certified in Family Medicine and has spent more than 30 years in primary care and urgent care medicine. He trained at Ursinus College and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and brings a depth of clinical experience to every patient he sees.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active, cheering on the Eagles, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
We are glad to have him leading our medical team across South Jersey.
Corey Litton, PA-C
Meet Corey Litton, PA-C, Clinical Director of AFC Urgent Care of South Jersey.
Corey is a physician assistant with over five years of experience at AFC Urgent Care, specializing in emergency medicine. He earned his Master’s degree from Drexel University. As Clinical Director, he is focused on delivering efficient, patient-centered care while supporting providers and maintaining high clinical standards across all locations.
Outside of the clinic, Corey prioritizes fitness and values spending quality time with his family.

Sal Lopresti Jr. — Chief Operating Officer
Meet Sal Lopresti Jr., Chief Operating Officer of AFC Urgent Care of South Jersey.
Sal oversees the day-to-day operations of 11 AFC Urgent Care locations across South Jersey. A former United States Marine and New Jersey State Trooper, he brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to leadership that translates directly into the patient experience. His focus is on operational excellence, team support, and making sure every location runs smoothly so patients receive prompt, dependable care.
Outside the clinic, Sal is a proud local father deeply rooted in the South Jersey community.

Meet Frank Funaro, Owner and Managing Partner of AFC Urgent Care of South Jersey.
Frank brings more than 45 years of business ownership experience to AFC Urgent Care of South Jersey. He has built and led successful ventures throughout his career, and today he applies that same entrepreneurial drive to delivering accessible, high-quality urgent care across the region. His focus is on a patient-first experience and supporting the teams that make it possible.
Outside the clinic, Frank has been married for more than 30 years and is a proud father of four sons.
